Konami Obtains Gaming Vendor Licence in UAE Market

Konami Gaming, Inc. has received a gaming-related vendor license from the United Arab Emirates' General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA), making it one of the first international gaming technology suppliers authorized to operate in the UAE's newly regulated commercial gaming market. This license allows Konami to provide its Class III random number generator slot machines, online gaming options, and its SYNKROS casino management system to licensed operators, including Wynn Resorts, which plans to open the UAE's first land-based casino in 2027. Konami joins other major suppliers such as Scientific Games, Light & Wonder, IGT, and Aristocrat in gaining access to the UAE market, highlighting growing international interest in the region.
