The 2,971 sq. ft. property is located in the Narain Terraces housing society and includes four dedicated car parking spaces. This acquisition, finalized in September 2024, involved a stamp duty of ₹1.84 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000. Prithviraj and his wife, Supriya Menon, already own another apartment in the same upscale neighborhood valued at approximately ₹17 crore. The recent trend sees several celebrities, including Ranveer Singh and KL Rahul, also investing in Bandra West. On the cinematic front, Prithviraj continues to make waves with his recent projects, including 'Aadujeevitham' and 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan'.
