Despite a forensic examination, Bloomington detectives reported finding no evidentiary value in the drives. The LAPD had been interested in these drives following claims from Avelli and his attorney. The story gained traction but was quickly dismissed when police confirmed the lack of any incriminating evidence. O.J.
