Leslie Fram Launches FEMco to Empower Female Artists

Veteran music executive Leslie Fram has launched FEMco (Fram Entertainment & Music), a Nashville-based consulting collective focusing on artist development, talent booking and production, and B2B connections within the entertainment industry. Drawing on over 30 years of experience, including her 13-year tenure as SVP of Music and Talent at CMT/Paramount, Fram aims to leverage her expertise in nurturing talent, executive producing major music events, and advocating for greater equity in country music. FEMco’s consulting roster will be intentionally limited to foster deep, meaningful mentorships and artist growth at all career stages. The company will also create opportunities for female artists through events, sponsorships, and its production arm, FEMco Presents, continuing Fram’s legacy of initiatives like CMT’s Next Women of Country and the Equal Play program. Fram describes FEMco as a purpose-driven business that aligns with her passion for advising, mentoring, and championing underrepresented groups in the music industry. This new venture positions her to focus on the aspects of the business she finds most rewarding, particularly artist advocacy and community-building.
