Arizona Fall League Begins October 7

The Arizona Fall Classic is set to showcase high school baseball talent in Surprise, Arizona, from September 26 through October 20, attracting hundreds of scouts eager to discover future stars. Meanwhile, the Arizona Fall League will kick off on October 7, featuring top prospects from various MLB teams. The Cleveland Guardians are sending six players, including outfielder Chase DeLauter, while the Pittsburgh Pirates will have nine prospects participating, headlined by second baseman Termarr Johnson. Additionally, eight prospects from the St. Louis Cardinals, including infielder Thomas Saggese, will compete. This year’s Fall League includes 14 members from Baseball America's Top 100 prospects list, with notable young talent like 17-year-old Leodalis De Vries. The league provides a vital platform for player development as the minor league season concludes.
