Elvis Costello Announces 2025 North American Tour

Elvis Costello has announced his 2025 tour titled 'Radio Soul!: The Early Songs of Elvis Costello', focusing on his early works from 1977’s My Aim Is True to 1986’s Blood & Chocolate. The tour will begin on June 12 in Seattle and conclude on July 12 in Miami Beach, featuring a set list that includes songs from his first 11 albums along with some surprises. Costello expressed that it is gratifying for songwriters to have their older music still resonate with audiences, and he promises a mix of the unexpected and faithful renditions during performances. He will be accompanied by his band, The Imposters, which includes original members Steve Nieve, Pete Thomas, and Davey Faragher, alongside guitarist Charlie Sexton. Costello hinted that this tour may signify a transition, as he might not perform these early songs again, stating he aims to bring them into the present rather than dwell on the past. Tickets for the tour will go on sale starting December 13, with a presale beginning on December 11.
