Emergency services were called to Stall Street when witnesses reported that the woman approached members of the public with a plastic bag, resulting in some individuals feeling unwell. Following the incident, a cordon was established, and hazmat teams were deployed, although no hazardous substances were found in the area after thorough testing. One woman required medical attention for breathing difficulties and itchy eyes but was discharged later the same day.
