Vallejo Man Arrested for Mother's Murder, Wife's Stabbing

Frank James McMillan, a 63-year-old Vallejo man, was arrested after allegedly stabbing his wife at a hospital and then himself, later confessing to the murder of his mother. The incident took place on Saturday, with McMillan and his wife both undergoing surgery for their critical injuries, from which they are expected to recover. Following the surgery, McMillan spontaneously admitted to killing his mother at her residence earlier that day. Police found his mother's body at her home after a welfare check. McMillan faces charges of attempted murder and murder and will be transferred to Solano County Jail once he is medically cleared.
