Rob Edwards Resigns as Luton Town Manager

Rob Edwards has stepped down as Luton Town manager after a disappointing run of results left the team 20th in the Championship, just above the relegation zone. Edwards, who led Luton to the Premier League in 2023, mutually agreed to part ways following a string of four consecutive defeats, including a recent loss to QPR. Luton’s chief executive, Gary Sweet, acknowledged Edwards' professionalism and contributions, emphasizing that the decision was difficult but necessary given the current campaign's failures. Mick Harford will temporarily take charge of the team as they prepare for an upcoming FA Cup match against Nottingham Forest.
