Dundalk Shooting Ruled Suspected Murder-Suicide
Baltimore County Police responded to a shooting on July 7 in the 8200 block of Bullneck Road, Dundalk, where 35-year-old James Skarda IV was found dead from gunshot wounds. The suspected shooter, 37-year-old Ricky Stem, was located nearby with a self-inflicted gunshot wound and died later at the hospital. Authorities have identified the case as a suspected murder-suicide and continue to investigate the circumstances.
