Heidi Health Raises $65M, Expands Global Deployments
Heidi Health closed a $65 million Series B led by Point72 Private Investments that values the Melbourne-based healthcare AI company at about $465 million and brings total funding to roughly $96–100 million. The investment will accelerate its AI Care Partner — an AI medical scribe and agent that automates clinical documentation, evidence search, follow-up communications and patient calls — and the company follows a model-agnostic approach, building some proprietary models while also using models such as GPT-4 and Gemini. Heidi says it has returned more than 18 million hours to frontline clinicians in 18 months, has supported roughly 73 million patient consults and now handles over two million consults weekly in 110 languages across 116 countries. Customers report strong ROI and a KLAS survey showed 100% repurchase intent. The company plans to grow headcount and regional support in the US, UK, Canada and APAC and is piloting or deploying with major health systems, including NHS trusts and New Zealand providers after Health NZ abandoned an in-house scribe effort.
