The $27 million, 84,000-square-foot oceanfront hotel features the Salty Rim Bar & Grill, a Margaritaville-themed gift shop, and a rooftop 'Chill Bar' with panoramic Atlantic views that is set to open soon. Developed by Elite Hospitality and staffed by about 60 employees, the hotel aims to provide a laid-back boutique experience that aligns with the town’s coastal character. The opening follows years of anticipation and some concern among residents about changes to the community's quiet atmosphere, though many now welcome the new amenities.
