Two Kentucky Teens Die in Separate ATV Crashes

In Kentucky, the Harper family is mourning the tragic death of their 14-year-old son, Eric Harper, who died in an ATV accident near his home in Blaine. This tragedy follows the death of his older brother, Steven, in 2023. Eric, who had a passion for the outdoors, was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, although he typically did. A GoFundMe has been established by his sister Cortney to assist with funeral expenses. In a separate incident, 11-year-old Benton Lester also died in an ATV crash in Harrodsburg. Benton was identified by the Fayette County Coroner's Office and was remembered for his love of outdoor activities and kind nature.
