DoorLoop Raises $100 Million in Series B Funding

DoorLoop, an Israeli property management software company, has successfully raised $100 million in a Series B funding round led by JMI Equity, boosting its valuation to approximately $500 million. The investment will enable DoorLoop to expand its workforce significantly, particularly in Israel, where it plans to grow from 50 to 200 employees in the next 18 months, while also enhancing its product development capabilities. Founded in 2019, DoorLoop offers a user-friendly platform that automates various property management tasks, thus attracting a growing customer base and achieving 100% year-over-year growth. CEO Ori Tamuz expressed confidence that this funding will solidify DoorLoop's position as an industry leader and improve customer success. Although the company faces competition from established players like Yardi and RealPage, its innovative approach and focus on customer service set it apart. The total funding raised by DoorLoop now amounts to approximately $130 million, with the previous round completed in 2022.
