Qatari Royals Welcomed in London Amid State Visit

The Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, and his wife, Sheikha Jawaher, were warmly welcomed by British royals in London for a two-day state visit. King Charles III, alongside Prince William and Princess Kate, greeted the Qatari royals at Horse Guards Parade, though Queen Camilla was absent due to ongoing recovery from a chest infection. This visit marks Princess Kate's first state engagement since her cancer diagnosis earlier this year. Despite Queen Camilla's health issues, she is expected to attend a lunch at Buckingham Palace and view a royal exhibition. The visit emphasizes diplomatic relations and coincides with Britain's search for investment in infrastructure projects. The Princess of Wales is also set to host her annual Christmas carol service at Westminster Abbey soon.
