Paxton Presses FEC for New ActBlue Regulations

Paxton stresses that these practices could allow foreign money and contributions exceeding legal limits to flow into American elections, compromising electoral integrity. ActBlue, which has implemented measures like requiring CVV codes for credit card donations, opposes additional regulations and argues that the investigation is politically motivated. The petition urges the FEC to address these vulnerabilities to prevent further exploitation by bad actors. Despite ActBlue's opposition, the findings call for urgent action to secure election processes from fraudulent activities.
