Police Hunt Suspect After Couple Killed Hiking Arkansas State Park
A manhunt is underway in Arkansas after Clinton David Brink, 43, and Cristen Amanda Brink, 41, were found dead on a hiking trail at Devil's Den State Park while with their two young daughters, ages 7 and 9, who were unharmed and are now with family. The couple, described as loving and devoted parents who recently moved to Prairie Grove from Montana, were attacked on a remote trail with no cellphone service, and police have not disclosed the exact cause or motive yet. Authorities are searching for a white male suspect with a medium build, wearing a long-sleeved shirt with rolled-up sleeves, dark pants, a dark ball cap, sunglasses, fingerless gloves, and carrying a black backpack. The suspect was last seen driving a black, four-door sedan, possibly a Mazda, with a license plate covered by tape, traveling near State Highway 170 or 220. Police are urging anyone who visited the park or nearby residents with security or game camera footage to come forward and review any images or videos to aid the investigation. The family described the Brinks as heroes who died protecting their daughters and asked for privacy and justice as the investigation continues.
