North Carolina Faces NCAA First Four Travel Delays

North Carolina, which had an up-and-down season, entered the tournament as the last team selected in the 68-team field. Both teams are seeded 11th in the South Region, and the Tar Heels must win against San Diego State to advance to the main 64-team bracket. The winner is set to face Ole Miss on Friday.
