Couple Charged for Lewd Acts on JetBlue Flight

Trista L. Reilly, 43, and Christopher Drew Arnold, 42, of Danbury, Connecticut, were arrested after allegedly performing sexual acts in front of two children and their mother during a JetBlue flight from New York to Sarasota, Florida, on July 19. The incident was reported to a flight attendant, who also witnessed Reilly's behavior. Upon landing at Sarasota Bradenton International Airport, both were charged with two felony counts of lewd or lascivious exhibition in the presence of minors and released without bond pending their August 15 arraignment. JetBlue has permanently banned the couple, stating the conduct was unacceptable and that they are cooperating with authorities. Both have pending misdemeanor charges in Connecticut for disorderly conduct and assault. The case has attracted significant media scrutiny due to the involvement of minors and the public setting.
