Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has purchased a luxurious apartment in Mumbai's Bandra West for ₹17.8 crore through her company, KA Enterprises. The 1,845 square feet property, located on the 15th floor of the Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society, was registered on September 12, shortly after Padukone welcomed her first child with husband Ranveer Singh. Interestingly, the apartment is situated next to her mother-in-law Anju Bhavnani's property, which she acquired for ₹19.13 crore on the same day. Additionally, Ranveer Singh's company signed a lease for the adjacent unit at a monthly rent of ₹8.2 lakh. The couple, known for their high-profile real estate investments, previously bought a sea-facing quadruplex near Shah Rukh Khan's residence worth over ₹100 crore. Meanwhile, the couple has not yet disclosed the name of their newborn daughter, sparking curiosity among fans.
