Pilot Killed in Aurora Plane Crash

A tragic plane crash occurred Thursday in Aurora, New York, resulting in the death of the pilot, who was the sole occupant of the single-engine Beechcraft A36. The aircraft, which had departed from Lansing, Michigan, was experiencing mechanical issues and had declared an emergency before crashing near the property of Buffalo Bills offensive lineman Dion Dawkins. The crash was reported shortly after 11:22 a.m. as the plane went down in a wooded area, engulfed in flames upon firefighters' arrival.
