Harford County Teacher Charged with Child Pornography

Dominic J. Lafrancesca, a 27-year-old music teacher at George D. Lisby Elementary School in Harford County, was arrested and charged with 11 counts of possession and distribution of child pornography. The investigation began after the Harford County Child Advocacy Center received a tip about suspicious internet activity involving the downloading of sexually explicit images of children aged between one and 13 years.
