Fatal Bus Accidents in Kerala and Colombia

In Idukki, Kerala, a state-owned KSRTC bus carrying 34 passengers fell into a gorge, resulting in the deaths of three people, including a woman, and injuring several others. The incident occurred early on Monday as the bus was returning from Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, to Mavelikara, Alappuzha. Rescue operations were swiftly initiated by police and fire services. Meanwhile, in Colombia, a bus accident on the Pan-American Highway led to at least 13 fatalities and nearly 30 injuries. The crash, attributed to a mechanical failure, happened in a mountainous area of the Nariño Department.
