Intuitive Machines Partners with SpaceX for 2027 Lunar Mission

Intuitive Machines has announced a partnership with SpaceX, selecting its Falcon 9 rocket to launch the IM-4 lunar mission in 2027. This mission aims to deploy two lunar data relay satellites to enhance NASA's Near Space Network Services, as part of the company's broader strategy to commercialize lunar operations. The IM-4 mission will also carry six NASA Commercial Lunar Payload Services (CLPS) payloads, including instruments to explore the Moon's south pole for water.
