One-Year-Old Dies After Pit Bull Attack in Texas

A tragic incident occurred in Converse, Texas, where a one-year-old boy, Jiryiah Johnson, was fatally mauled by his babysitter's pit bulls while under the care of a 13-year-old girl. The babysitter, Heather Rodriguez, left Jiryiah alone with her teenage daughter and three dogs, which initiated a violent attack. The girl bravely attempted to shield Jiryiah, described as a 'tug-of-war for the baby,' but despite her efforts, the dogs overpowered her and seriously injured the child.
