Multiple rescue operations have been conducted off the coast of Oman. An oil tanker, the "Prestige Falcon", with a crew of 16 capsized, leading to the recovery of nine members, including Indians and Sri Lankans. Additionally, an Indian fishing boat with 11 crew members was rescued after facing critical conditions due to flooding. The Indian Navy warship INS Teg rescued eight missing Indians from the oil tanker, as search and rescue missions continue. Efforts are ongoing to locate the remaining crew members amidst challenging weather conditions and collaborative efforts between Indian and Omani authorities.
