AMC Expands Half-Price Tickets to Two Days Weekly

AMC Theatres will expand its half-price ticket promotion to both Tuesdays and Wednesdays for all AMC Stubs members, including the free Insider tier, starting July 8, 2025. Previously, the discount was available only on Tuesdays. Members can also get 50% off small popcorn and drink combos on both days, with deals accessible through the AMC app, website, or in theaters. Premium format surcharges and online ticketing fees still apply. This expansion aims to make moviegoing more affordable for over 36 million loyalty members amid rising ticket prices. AMC cites strong customer response and increased competition from at-home streaming as reasons for the change.
