President Murmu Visits Siachen Base Camp

President Droupadi Murmu visited the Siachen Base Camp on September 26, 2024, paying tribute at the Siachen War Memorial, which honors soldiers who have died since the Indian Army initiated Operation Meghdoot in 1984.
