Shreveport Police Arrest Three in Human Trafficking Case Involving New Jersey Runaway

The Shreveport Police Department has arrested three individuals—Daiquan Blackman, Malina Caldwell, and Keyana Anderson—in connection with the human trafficking and violent sexual assault of a 14-year-old runaway from New Jersey. The victim was safely located, and an investigation by the SPD's Juvenile Services, Sex Crimes, and Vice Units uncovered involvement of multiple suspects in a violent sexual incident. Blackman was arrested after a warrant was executed at an apartment complex near Forum Drive and Hearn Avenue. Caldwell and Anderson face charges including contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, indecent behavior with juveniles, and felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile. The SPD is continuing its investigation and anticipates additional charges, including rape and human trafficking, while working closely with the Caddo Parish District Attorney's Office and New Jersey State Police. Authorities emphasized their commitment to holding those who exploit children fully accountable under the law.
