Pueblo Police Arrest Suspect in City’s Sixth Homicide of 2025
Moses Wagner, 49, was arrested and charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of 39-year-old Victoria Brandon Delira-Alires, who was found dead from a possible gunshot wound in Pueblo, Colorado. Delira-Alires was discovered on June 29 near Lake Minnequa, marking the city's sixth homicide of 2025. Wagner was taken into custody on July 2 after a traffic stop for a fake license plate and illegal window tint on Santa Fe Drive. Law enforcement gathered sufficient evidence during the investigation to obtain an arrest warrant for Wagner. He was booked into the Pueblo County Detention Center and is being held on a $100,000 bond, with his first court appearance scheduled for July 10. The investigation remains ongoing as authorities continue to gather information.
