TJ Finley Signs With Tulane Football

Tulane University has secured veteran quarterback TJ Finley, marking his fifth school in six years, after he transferred from Western Kentucky. Finley, who previously led Texas State to an 8-win season and their first bowl appearance, will compete for the starting job at Tulane following the exits of Darian Mensah and Ty Thompson. Despite a lower leg injury limiting his performance at Western Kentucky, Finley boasts a career total of over 6,128 passing yards and 37 touchdowns. His best season came in 2023 at Texas State, where he threw for 3,439 yards and 24 touchdowns. This acquisition comes as Tulane's quarterback situation becomes critical due to multiple transfers, making Finley a crucial asset as they prepare for the upcoming season.
