Honor Launches Magic V Flip 2 with 200MP Camera, Jimmy Choo Edition in China

Honor has launched the Magic V Flip 2, a new foldable flip phone primarily targeting fashion-conscious consumers and influencers, with a special limited edition designed in collaboration with fashion icon Jimmy Choo. The phone features a 6.82-inch OLED main display and a 4-inch OLED cover screen, both with 120Hz refresh rates, powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and running Android 15. It boasts a large 5,500mAh battery, the biggest for a flip phone on the market, alongside advanced camera capabilities including a 200-megapixel main sensor, 50-megapixel ultra-wide, and 50-megapixel selfie cameras enhanced with AI photography features. The Jimmy Choo edition is distinguished by its deep blue 'crushed stardust' design and luxury accessories, while the standard models come in purple, white, and gray. Additional features include interactive virtual pets on the cover screen, AI-powered tools like live translation and smart reply, and durability with IP58/59 water and dust resistance ratings. The Magic V Flip 2 is initially launching in China with a global release expected soon, competing with Samsung’s Galaxy Flip 7 FE and Motorola’s Razr 2024 collaborations.
