Meanwhile, former Dolphins coach Brian Flores, currently the defensive coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings, faces challenges in securing a head coaching position due to his ongoing discrimination lawsuit against the NFL and the Dolphins. Despite improving the Vikings' defense significantly, Flores has not been shortlisted for several open positions across the league.
