The Sharks, who previously struggled with a record of 0-7-2, have now won two games in a row, with other goals from Fabian Zetterlund, Tyler Toffoli, and William Eklund. The Kings, who had won four of their last five games, saw goals from Akil Thomas and Alex Laferriere. The game featured a slow start with only two goals in the first period, followed by a flurry of three goals in the third. Walman's impressive performance included a crucial assist that restored the Sharks' lead at 3-2. Vitek Vanecek made 26 saves for San Jose, while David Rittich saved 17 for Los Angeles.
