Meanwhile, in Shorewood, Illinois, Maryln C. Villalobos was arrested for stealing jewelry and cash from a 90-year-old resident at an assisted living facility; she was caught trying to flush the stolen items down the toilet to avoid detection. Villalobos faces multiple charges including financial exploitation of the elderly, burglary, theft, and obstructing a peace officer.
