Deadline Launches Documentary Film Showcase

Deadline has launched dedicated streaming sites for its Contenders Film showcases focusing on Documentary and International Feature films, spotlighting a diverse array of titles vying for the 2024 Oscars. The Contenders Film: Documentary featured eight films, including 'Sugarcane,' which addresses the legacy of the Indian Residential School system, and 'Mediha,' telling the harrowing story of a Yazidi girl's survival under ISIS.
