Jansen, who was 28, died from an undiagnosed heart condition, leading Hayden to experience severe agoraphobia, rapid weight gain, and intense grief. She revealed feeling like she 'lost half of her soul' and struggled with paparazzi intrusion at his funeral. Despite the emotional and physical toll, Panettiere found some healing through therapy, exercise, and the support of her personal trainer, Marnie Alton.
