Hayden Panettiere on Brother's Death and Healing

Hayden Panettiere has opened up about the devastating impact her brother Jansen's sudden death in February 2023 had on her life. Jansen, who was 28, died from an undiagnosed heart condition, leading Hayden to experience severe agoraphobia, rapid weight gain, and intense grief. She revealed feeling like she 'lost half of her soul' and struggled with paparazzi intrusion at his funeral. Despite the emotional and physical toll, Panettiere found some healing through therapy, exercise, and the support of her personal trainer, Marnie Alton. Though she is back to work and feeling better, she admits she will never fully recover from the loss of her brother.
