Preparations for the 14th India Junior Men National Hockey Championship are also underway, with 30 teams participating and selection trials recently held to form the Punjab team. Additionally, the Niagara-on-the-Lake Minor Hockey Association's annual equipment swap coincided with the end of the soccer season, allowing families to exchange outgrown gear just in time for the new hockey season.
