Following it is Ilchester Place at £19.4 million and Grosvenor Square at just over £19 million, underscoring London's dominance in the luxury property market. Meanwhile, The Queen's Crescent in Gleneagles Village, Perthshire, has emerged as Scotland's most expensive street, averaging £2.9 million, dethroning Ann Street in Edinburgh. The Bank of Scotland notes that Edinburgh still contains seven of the top ten most expensive streets in Scotland. Outside London, East Road in Weybridge is the priciest street, with homes averaging over £8 million. The analysis highlights the stark contrast in property prices across the UK, where the average house price stands at £356,925.
