Iggy Pop, Jack White, Sex Pistols Headline CBGB Festival in Brooklyn

The CBGB Festival will take place on September 27, 2025, at Under the K Bridge Park in Brooklyn, celebrating the legacy of the iconic CBGB punk venue. Headliners Iggy Pop and Jack White will be joined by a 21-act lineup including the Sex Pistols with Frank Carter, Johnny Marr, Marky Ramone, The Damned, Gorilla Biscuits, and rising acts such as The Linda Lindas and Lambrini Girls. This one-day, three-stage festival aims to answer the question of who would be playing at CBGB today, blending punk originators with contemporary voices. The venue will feature immersive CBGB-themed installations including the original club's bar and stage, alongside food, merchandise, and a gritty industrial atmosphere. Tickets go on presale May 15, with public sales starting May 16, and a limited number of discounted "Young Punk" tickets for New York residents under 25 will be sold at Music Hall of Williamsburg, priced to honor the club's 1973 founding year. The festival continues the spirit of CBGB, which closed in 2006 but remains a seminal influence on punk and rock music.
