LSU Hires Kyle Williams as Defensive Line Coach

LSU is set to hire former Tigers defensive lineman Kyle Williams as the new defensive line coach, succeeding Bo Davis who took a position with the New Orleans Saints. Williams, a 2003 National Champion with LSU, brings extensive experience from his 13-year NFL career with the Buffalo Bills, where he was a six-time Pro Bowler. His appointment occurs just as LSU prepares to begin spring practice, providing him an opportunity to quickly integrate and assess current recruits. Williams' familiarity with the program and his previous coaching role at Ruston High School are expected to benefit LSU's recruitment strategy.
