Lewis Gibson Joins Preston North End

Preston North End has signed central defender Lewis Gibson from Plymouth Argyle for a reported fee exceeding £1.5 million. The 24-year-old, who has a contract with Preston until 2028, expressed excitement about joining the club and aims to help propel them into the Championship's top six. Gibson previously captained Plymouth and made 63 appearances since joining them as a free agent in 2023 after leaving Everton.
