The couple lives in Manchester, where Mendes plays for Burnley’s U21 team after moving from Barcelona last summer. Joao Mendes is Ronaldinho's only child, and he began his professional football career at an early age, signing with Nike at 14 and previously playing for Brazil's Cruzeiro.
