Hotel Boulderado Sold to AJ Capital Partners

Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners (AJ Capital Partners) has acquired the historic 117-year-old Hotel Boulderado in Boulder, Colorado, from longtime owners Frank and Gina Day. The hotel will become part of the Graduate by Hilton collection following a renovation. AJ Capital Partners plans to preserve the hotel's architectural charm while redesigning guest rooms and refurbishing public spaces. The hotel will remain operational during the phased renovation, expected to be completed by spring 2026. The acquisition aims to enhance the guest experience while maintaining the hotel's historical significance. Financial details of the sale have not been disclosed.
