Fatal DWI Crash at Long Island Nail Salon

Newly released security footage shows the moment an SUV, allegedly driven by Steven Schwally, barreled into the Hawaii Nail & Spa in Deer Park, Long Island, killing four people and injuring nine others. Among the deceased were off-duty NYPD officer Emilia Rennhack and salon co-owner Jiancai Chen. Schwally admitted to drinking 18 beers before the crash and has a prior DWI conviction. He has been charged with driving while intoxicated and is being held on $1 million bail. The salon and local lawmakers are calling for severe punishment, with some suggesting the act might have been intentional. Schwally's next court appearance is scheduled for July 19.
