BBC Comedy Series Dinosaur Renewed for Season Two

The BBC has officially recommissioned the award-winning comedy series 'Dinosaur' for a second season following its success at the BAFTA Scotland Awards, where it won two significant accolades. The series, co-created by Ashley Storrie and Matilda Curtis, centers on Nina, an autistic woman in her 30s navigating life changes, including her sister Evie's sudden engagement. Production for the six-episode second season is slated to start in 2025, and it will continue to explore themes of sisterhood and self-discovery. The first season, filmed in Glasgow, was praised for its heartfelt storytelling and strong performances, particularly by Storrie, who also received the Audience Award: Favourite Scot on Screen.
