Appleton Police, U.S. Marshals Arrest Three for Child Sexual Assault Offenses

Appleton police, in collaboration with the U.S. Marshals Service, arrested two men, Cody J. Williquette and Michael L. Walls, on multiple charges of sexual assault of children, including first-degree sexual assault and repeated assault involving victims under 12. Williquette faces several charges, including incest and exposing intimate parts to a child, while Walls, a registered lifetime sex offender, faces charges including second-degree sexual assault and has a history of bail jumping. Both men were taken into custody last week; Walls is due back in court soon, and Williquette's bond was set at $250,000. In addition to these arrests, authorities apprehended a third individual, a wanted sex offender who had been evading arrest, though that person’s identity has not been disclosed.
