College Baseball Hall Announces 2025 Induction Class
The College Baseball Hall of Fame has announced its 2025 induction class, featuring former Arkansas coach Norm DeBriyn, Clemson pitcher Kris Benson, South Carolina's Ray Tanner, Marietta College's Joe Thomas, and Kip Bouknight. DeBriyn, who led the Razorbacks to four College World Series appearances over 33 years, is recognized for building Arkansas into a powerhouse. Benson, the 1996 national player-of-the-year, starred at Clemson and was the first pick in the MLB draft. Joe Thomas excelled as a two-way player at Marietta College, earning two NCAA Division III National Player of the Year honors. Ray Tanner and Kip Bouknight are honored for their major contributions to college baseball. The 18th induction class will be celebrated at the Night of Champions event in Overland Park, Kansas, on February 12, 2026.
