Model Sentenced for Milkshake Incident with MP Farage

Victoria Thomas Bowen, 25, was sentenced to a 13-week suspended jail term for throwing a banana-flavored milkshake at Reform UK leader Nigel Farage during the general election campaign in Clacton-on-Sea. The incident took place on June 4 as Farage was leaving a pub, and Bowen has admitted to assault by beating and causing criminal damage. Farage, now an MP for Clacton, criticized the suspended sentence, suggesting it highlights a 'two-tier justice' system. While Bowen has received threats since the incident, she stated she acted on impulse after disagreeing with Farage's political views. The court heard she caused £17.50 damage to a jacket belonging to Farage's security officer. Despite not being injured, Farage expressed concern over the growing security issues politicians face.
