Apology Issued for Flag Incident in Perak Festival

The Perak police have launched an investigation into the International Guan Gong Cultural Festival in Teluk Intan after participants were seen waving Chinese flags without a permit. Police Chief Comm Azizi Mat Aris stated that the organizer is being questioned and could face fines under the Peaceful Assembly Act.
